DESCRIPTION
The Active Learning Takeover workshops are are designed to showcase activities and strategies to promote physical activity throughout the curriculum. Staff are invited to attend and observe the sessions as part of their continuous professional development to allow them to incorporate regular physical activity in the school day. The aim is that all teachers and attendees leave with a large bank of activities and strategies that they can use straight away to create an active classroom environment and meet the 60 active minutes for their children.
