Our 'Lead' section provides CPD opportunities for teachers, as well as leadership training for young people. These include: - Teacher CPD: a set of 6 modules which can be delivered by Chance to Shine tutors to teachers interested in developing their own skills. The course takes the I/We/You approach to developing teacher confidence. - UKS2 Playground Leaders – Modular based course for 9-11 year olds to help them develop leadership skills. They will learn how to make cricket skills fun for a Key Stage 1 group. The course will help Year 6 pupils develop transferable skills and become ready for secondary school.
