How to Enter

Register your school on www.yourschoolgames.com (Contact Alex Sherwood if you need to reset your school login credentials). We’re also encouraging schools to engage parents/carers to record ‘At Home’ attempts!

All entries to be made before the deadline: FRIDAY 23rd OCTOBER 2020

 

How to Play

  • Measure a course to the correct length;

    • Year 5 & 6 - 1400m; Year 4 - 1000m; Year 3 - 800m; Year 2 - 600m; Year 1 - 400m

  • Time each individual from start to finish

  • Awards to be given in the following categories;

    • Fastest individual times - 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each year group + top 20 certificates

    • fastest team times - A team is made up of 4 athletes and their cumulative times. 

    • fastest class average times - A minimum of 20 students need to take part to qualify for this award category

    • most completed school runs - School Awards will be relative to the number of students on roll on a % basis i.e. a primary school with 250 children on roll that submits 125 entries will be 50%

Results to be submitted to us for entry into the citywide competitions. Download our class time sheet here. Individual entries can simply be submitted using our entry form at the top of this page.
